General Information

I. My Preferences

❤︎ Monsters, Horror, Animals, Anthropomorphic/Furry characters
❤︎ Mechs/Machines depended on complexity
❤︎ Original characters or Fanart from comics, video games or animations
✖ Celebrities/Real People will not be accepted unless it is yourself for branding purposes
✖ Graphic/NSFW content (ie. adult/pornographic material, nudity and extreme violence) will be rejected
✖ Requests of Harm/Torture/Abuse will be rejected
✖ Requests of bigoted Content and/or Religious/Political themes will be rejected

II. My Selection Process

❤︎ I work first-come-first served with few exceptions (ie. strict deadlines which may come with an additional fee; working on quick orders between complex ones/waiting on approvals)
❤︎ I do have limited slots, which will be updated on my Trello and Kofi.
❤︎ I do not consider you officially on queue until you have sent your down payment.

III. Wait Times

❤︎ On average, most commissions can be completed in one to two weeks. The more complicated an order, the longer it will take.
❤︎ I always try and provide orders sooner, but this will not always be the case. Please be patient. I will always communicate if I am having issues or cannot meet the time I quoted you.

IV. References

❤︎ I require some form of visual reference or a really well written description❤︎ The character must belong to you, you have explicit permission to use (which includes friends/partners/family) or be an offiical media character (ie. Sonic the Hedgehog).
❤︎ If you need a design of a new character, a mood board/pinterest board are amazing for it.
❤︎ For Poses: I prefer that you provide references from Stock Photos, Stick Figures, Clip Studio Models, GPose, etc. Do not provide a reference from another artist unless it's explicitly made to be "stock" use.
❤︎ Please do not provide artwork for me to mimic. I will not mimi another's artstyle. You are hiring me for my work and style.
❤︎ Please do not request me to copy another artist's artwork. I can take inspiration from it, but I will not copy what is on the image verbatim. That is both copyright infringement and just plain unethical.

V. Artistic Freedom

❤︎ I prefer direction on the order. The more detail the better.❤︎ I want to know what you are picturing (setting, mood, personality, etc). Any idea or visual reference would be amazing and extremely helpful
❤︎ I do not mind having creative freedom overall, but a starting point to work off of will always be helpful

Terms of Service

I. Client Content & Communication

❤︎ In the event you change your Twitter/Discord handle while contact is active, you must immediately inform me of said change so I have a means to contact you.❤︎ If you frequently change your handle, please provide a reliable email address to contact as a backup❤︎ In the event that I cannot contact you for any reason, your position in queue is pushed to the back regardless of progress❤︎ For communication, I can use Twitter DMs, Discord Messages or Email. Please let me know which format would be the easiest for you.❤︎ You can track overall progress on my Trello and Kofi. I update periodically.❤︎ In the event that anything causes, or will cause, a delay for the commission(s), I will inform you as soon as I can.

II. Compensation & Rates

❤︎ A minimum of 50% down, or otherwise agreed upon amount, is required to begin the project.❤︎ Payment Plans can be discussed upon request.❤︎ A full quote is provided upon discussion. Once both parties have come to an agreement, payment will be requested.❤︎ The discussed contract will not become active, and you will not have a guaranteed slot, until the down payment has been received.❤︎ Payments will be provided through either KoFi or Stripe.❤︎ When the payment link is received, you, the Client, agrees to pay within 48 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advanced.❤︎ You personalized quote will remain active for no more than a month. After this time, rates and fees are subject to change and may require a new quote.

III. References & Accuracy

❤︎ Details and information is up to the Client to provide in full. If you have something specific in mind, you are required to provide visual references. These can include: screenshots, stick figures, image stock collage, mood boards, etc.❤︎ I will provide up to 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase if the first one does not match your idea; after which I will require additional payment.❤︎ I will not move forward with details without an approval of the sketch.

IV. Proofing & Editing

❤︎ Artwork is normally drawn at 600-1200dpi with the canvas at least 2000px and provided as a PNG❤︎ I work in RGB, which is best viewed on digital screens. At present, cannot work in CYMK, which is best for print.❤︎ I will provide a rough sketch for review. Please carefully review the provided copy and respond with all changes desired. Please do not approve the sketch and change your mind days later.

V. Additional Fees

❤︎ Any complex request(s) that should have been mentioned/changed in earlier stages will incur an additional 25% fee (of order total). This includes, but not limited to, pose adjustments after sketch approval.❤︎ Rush Work, Additional Characters, Complicated Designs, etc will increase the final price of the project❤︎ Backgrounds, that are not solid/gradients, will increase the final price of the project

VI. Final Product

❤︎ When everything is finalized and approved, I will provide you an optimized PNG file that can be used online.❤︎ You can request PDF format if needed.

VII. Rights & Distribution

❤︎ I, the Artist, retain original copyright and ownership of the Work; which includes, but not limited to, redistribution, reproducing, advertising and displaying the works on my website(s), social media and portfolio(s).❤︎ You, the Client, retain all rights to your character. You cannot, however, claim the Work as your own (or as the work of someone else) and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link to this website.❤︎ I, the Artist, have the rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.❤︎ The process will likely be posed (ie. Twitter, Discord, Kofi, and/or Twitch/Youtube) unless Clients request otherwise before the project begins. A NDA or Confidential Commission Status may be subject to an additional 25% (of order total) fee.❤︎ Clients are granted exclusive rights for Personal Use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.❤︎ Personal Use (ie. Social Media Profile Pictures, Signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products) are not for sale or for distribution to any other party.❤︎ Any Work done or made available to the Client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), AI/ML Training, NFT, Block Chain, or any for profit platform or purpose. Such use is strictly prohibited.❤︎ Unless specified in the Commission Information or otherwise discussed/agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. Commercial means usage on stream, broadcasted content or any monetized work (ie. including, but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party/another platform.❤︎ Commercial licenses require an additional charge of at least 100% of commission total.

VIII. Cancelation & Refund Policy

❤︎ If you, the Client, requests a cancellation while work has been started and sketch has been approved; the 50% down payment will be forfeit.❤︎ If you, the Client, requests a cancellation before work has been started or before the approval stage, a partial refund may be issued.
❤︎ Once work begins, refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.

IX. Payment

❤︎ I reserve the right to refuse Projects❤︎ By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 years or older; or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the Terms of Service as listed above.❤︎ By commissioning, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service provided above.
